C PTSD - A Way Out

Sometime today, pick a half hour space to practice, be alright with who you are, where you are, with your situation, career, family, flaws, accomplishments, to the point where nothing needs to be done.
.
We want to be right here, in this moment for a half hour a day this week.
.
Doubt, worry, accomplishment, unworthiness are taking a lunch break.
.
All there is, all that exists, is viewed through our eyes, ears, all of our senses for the next half hour.
.
Judgment stops, barriers collapse and the present moment unfolds, when explored with focus.
.
Free yourself, let go, drop that judgment, let life be without comparison for 30 minutes.
.
Small efforts move big stones in time.
