Year’s End

Sweet!

Source of Inspiration

Year’s end
time to reflect
old grudges gone
judgements dissolved
lessons learned
future ones anticipated

It is a time to consider
what makes a life well
lived. Will I leave the
world a little better
more loved
a tree planted
baby comforted?

Will I know the peace
that comes with a close
bond with our Creator?
How blessed I am…
so very grateful
am I. Amen.

We sit to build resilience, space to let go, not react??

The Colors! I love the Optimism of this photo

C PTSD - A Way Out

.
.
I thought about letting go, our daily practice, and what we are aiming for, the space to not react, even if the ego desperately desires to.
.
The ability to let go when the emotional outrage grabs us, shakes us and pulls us to reaction, changes life!
.
The more hurt we feel, the crazier our ego responds, I believe!
.
We sit to absorb the shocks of life, to heal the disorder caused by childhood, and to find where happiness lives.
.
Happiness lives in this moment, only, when distractions and ego have faded to some degree.

“Live your life from your heart. Share from your heart. And your story will touch and heal people’s souls.”
~Melodie Beatti~

This could be interpreted as the heart is below the cognitive, not the ego but our intuitive guide.
.
From the heart is giving space for Melodie.
.
Our story will touch and heal people’s souls.
